These are TWO 206 sq ft rooms, one in ground floor & one in first floor of the cottage with private balconies with river & mountain view.
These are two 290 & 240 sq ft rooms resp., located on the first floor of the cottages with private sit-out corridor.

Children below 5 years would be on complimentary basis (without extra bed)
In a room maximum 3 adults or a couple with 2 kids till 12 yrs of age would be reserved

Cancellation Policy:
07 days from the date of arrival OR no show, no refund is claimable.
15 days to 07 days of arrival, 50% refund is claimable, after deduction of TDS/Service charge/Taxes/Bank charges.
15 days or more prior to the date of arrival, Refund is claimable after deduction of TDS/Service charge/Taxes/Bank charges.
